Objective
Download user profile information in 8x8 Admin Console.

Procedure
- Log in in to Admin Console.
- Select Users.
- On the Users page, select Generate users report.
- The following window should appear.
- Select the desired filters from the available options, then select Generate to download a CSV file.
- The file will download in your designated downloads folder.
Additional Information
The admin who is generating the report needs the role Storage Admin with the scope All Sites (8x8 Work).
Question: Why am I not seeing all of my users' extensions in this report
Answer: There are two possible reasons:
1) The users' extensions are in Contact Center and not 8x8 Work, so they would not be visible in this report. You'd need to run a report via Contact Center Analytics
2) The extensions aren't active. The User Status report focuses on current, live data and does not display Previous Status or Previous Status Start Time values. For more details, click here.
