Objective
Editing user profiles in bulk in 8x8 Admin Console.

Procedure
- Log in to Admin Console.
- Select Users.
- Using the checkboxes to the left of the users, select the users you wish to modify.
- In the upper right, select Bulk Edit.
- Complete the fields you would like to modify for all selected users. Note: Some fields may be grayed out. These settings cannot currently be modified in bulk.
- Select Continue and review the changes to be made.
- Select Confirm Bulk Edits.
The progress of your bulk edit will be shown in the top right corner of the screen.

Additional Information
The bulk edit tool will limit the fields shown to what all selected users have in common. For example, if you select a user with an X5 license and a user with an X2 license, you would not be shown any of the settings that are unique to the X5 license.
If one of the selected users has no license, only the Basic Information, Additional Information, Services, and Permissions sections will be shown.

Answer: No, this is not a current capability. This has to be done manually, one profile at a time.

Answer: No, this is not a current capability.
Question: Can I bulk update Ring Groups or Auto Attendants?
Answer: No, this is not a current capability.
Question: Can I bulk update the Call Forwarding time?
Answer: No, this is not a current capability.
Question: Is bulk adding users to a User Group a feature?
Answer: Neither Agent Groups in the Contact Center nor Ring Groups in the Admin Console can be updated via bulk edit.
Question: How to bulk edit users' skill levels?
Answer: That is not a change that can be edited in bulk.
Question: Can I bulk delete users' SMS or instant messages?
Answer: No, you delete other users' messages, either in bulk or as a system administrator.
Question: How to change the number of rings for all users in the system at once?
Answer: This cannot be done via bulk. You would need to manually adjust the ring timer for each extension.
