Answer
The system is configured to send this notification when the user mailbox reaches 90% capacity. This can vary, depending on the voicemail inbox limit set for the PBX. Using the default setting of 40, the user would get this notification once there are 36 messages in their inbox.
Note: The email notification that voicemails have reached capacity is sent to the user(s) assigned to that extension. If you are associated with multiple extensions, such as being part of a ring group, check those extensions to ensure the mailboxes are being emptied regularly.
