Understand your 8x8 Billing Statement vs Invoice
Overview
All direct customers of 8x8 will be able to view and access their monthly recurring billing statements through our billing portal by the 3rd of every month. This statement will provide a summary and detail of monthly service charges and provide you access to view and download bills & usage charges.
Only customers that are approved for payment terms are considered “invoice billing” accounts, whose designated billing contacts will receive an invoice via email. Please note that this invoice is a summary of charges and is what your accounts payable team will issue payment against. See our
