Credit Card & ACH Auto-Pay
- Your monthly bill is automatically charged to your credit card or ACH bank account on file.
- Payments that process successfully appear in your next month’s statement.
ACH Declines
- If an ACH payment declines, you must update your payment method to a credit card.
- ACH is not accepted for past-due balances.
Updating Your Credit Card
- If your account is not past due, you can update your card by logging into your 8x8 account.

Why do I see a CyberSource payment page?
- 8x8 uses CyberSource, a secure third-party payment processor.
Making a Payment Anytime
You can make a payment at any time if:
- You are on credit card billing, and
- You have an open (unpaid) statement.
- You have the correct role/permissions to access the Billing section. **If you don't have the correct permissions, your system administrator will need to follow the steps seen in the article Unable to Access Billing Tab to grant you access.
How to Make a Payment/Pay Your Bill
- Log in to the Billing Portal
- If an open statement is available, select 'Pay Now'.
- Choose the bill(s) you want to pay.
- Note: You cannot pay future billing periods in advance.
- Select Pay by Credit Card and follow the prompts.
Past Due Accounts
When the account is past due:
- A Past Due notice appears when logging into the Support Portal.
- You cannot receive or place calls.
- Outgoing calls play a message indicating that the account is disabled.
- Outgoing calls play a message indicating that the account is disabled.
Restoring Service
- You can pay past-due charges during the grace period.
- Service is reactivated once all past-due amounts are paid.
