Add a Play Object in an 8x8 Contact Center Script

Objective

Add a play object in an 8x8 Contact Center Script.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • Configuration Manager for Contact Center
  • Scripts

Procedure

  1. Log in to Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
  2. Select Scripts.
  3. Select Edit (pencil icon).
  4. Select the Script tab.
  5. Select add to the portion of the script that the object is needed.
  6. Select Play from the drop-down menu.

  7. Fill in the required fields:
    • Object tag
    • Audio file
    • Playback options:

       
  8. Select OK.
  9. Select Save.
