Overview
Microsoft recently introduced new authentication requirements in a Security Update, which changes how 8x8 Voice for Microsoft Teams requests and maintains permissions.
If you previously enabled the Auto Sync before September 2, 2025, then a Microsoft Global Administrator must follow the simple Auto Sync re-enablement procedure below before September 15, 2025 to ensure that your 8x8 Voice for Microsoft Teams service continues to run smoothly.
