When signing in to 8x8 services, the login page displays a message that reads, "Username is Required."

Resolution
Check the URL in the address bar. It should say: https://sso.8x8.com/v2/login. If not (example: https://sso.8x8.com/login/), change it to https://sso.8x8.com/v2/login.
