Configuring MicroSIP
- Select the Drop down arrow located on the upper right hand corner
- Select "Add Account…"
- Input the following SIP Credential configurations that were provided to the customer:
- Account Name: Test Account
- SIP Server: unsbc.8x8.com:5299
- SIP Proxy: unsbc.8x8.com:5299
- Username: (input the GUN/Device ID that was gathered from Intraswitch)
- Domain: unsbc.8x8.com:5299
- Login: (input the GUN/Device ID that was gathered from Intraswitch)
- Password: (input SIP Password that was gathered from TCL)
- Ensure the following is configured as:
- Media Encryption: Disabled
- Transport: UDP
- Public Access: Auto
- Register Refresh: 300
- Keep-Alive: 15
- Select "Save" located at the bottom
- Once SIP Credentials are verified, the bottom of the application will show Online with the GUN/Device ID/Username
- Place a test call to confirm the provided SIP Credentials
- After placing a test call, remove or delete the credentials added
Note: SIP credentials are limited to one device and failure to delete the credentials may result in issues for the customer.
If MicroSIP Fails to Connect
Make sure to test with the SIP Credentials that were provided. If they do not work, confirm the SIP Credentials are correct.
