Objective
Deactivate a user in Admin Console.

Procedure
- Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
- Select Users.
- Search for the user you wish to deactivate.
- Select the 3 dots on the right-hand side of the user's details.
- Select Deactivate user.
- To confirm the change, select Continue in the confirmation pop-up window.
Note: If a user is deactivated, you will not be able to adjust the configuration settings, such as call forwarding. Your options would be to reactivate the user or delete the user.
