Problem
When trying to minimize the 8x8 Meeting window from 8x8 Work, it will pop up again.
Solution
The 'Minified View' in the Meetings setting needs to be disabled.

Open the 8x8 Work Desktop application on your computer.

Click the Settings (gear) icon in the bottom left corner of the app.
- In the Meetings menu, scroll down until you find the option labeled Minified View.

Toggle the Minified View option off.
- Open the 8x8 Work for Desktop application on your computer.
- Click Settings (gear icon) in the bottom left corner of the app.
- Click Meetings.
- Scroll down until you find the option labeled Minified View.
- Click the toggle switch so that it is grey and positioned to the left.
Reason
The Minified View feature displays a small, floating meeting window when changing focus to a different application, allowing you to keep track of an ongoing meeting.
Disabling Minified View allows the meeting window to be fully minimized, keeping it out of the way and preventing it from appearing on top of other applications. This helps reduce distractions and allows users to focus on their work without the meeting window obstructing their workspace.
