Warm Transfer Option is missing or grayed out in 8x8 Work Application

Resolution
Describe how to fix the issue. If there are multiple steps, number them in order...
- Login as an Admin in Admin Console.
- Click on the hamburger menu (three lines) located in the top left corner of the page.
- Scroll down and locate Profile Policies.
- Select the Profile Policy in which the user is assigned to that is missing the warm transfer option in the 8x8 Work Application.
- Disable the option for "8x8 Work Meeting access disabled" (The toggle switch will be gray).
- Click on Save at the bottom of the page.
- Advise the affected user to log out and log back in to the 8x8 Work Application.
Cause
Warm Transfer/Conference Calling option uses the meeting services to perform the Warm Transfer.
