Objective
Run a queue call data report from Analytics for 8x8 Work.

Procedure
Note: This requires the user to have an X4 license or higher, and Supervisor access to Analytics for 8x8 Work.
- Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
- Select Analytics for 8x8 Work.
- From the left menu select Queues, then select Queue Call Data.
- In the upper right corner of the page select the Filter option.
- In the new filter window select the appropriate time zone and the queue, then check the box to Exclude forked/children calls.
- Select Apply.
- From the left side of the page you can select how many entries you can see for the report.
- Or you can download the report in an Excel file.
