Restrict Report Privileges in Analytics for 8x8 Contact Center

Objective

Restrict report privileges to certain queues, agent groups, or campaigns, for supervisors.

Applies To

  • Analytics for 8x8 Contact Center
  • Configuration Manager for Contact Center

Procedure

  1. Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
  2. Select Configuration Manager for 8x8 Contact Center.
  3. Select Users.
  4. Select the supervisor in question.
  5. On the user setup page, select the Supervisor tab and check Restrict report privileges. Check the queues, agent groups, and campaigns the supervisor needs access to in 8x8 Analytics.

Additional Information

If Restrict report privileges is unchecked, the supervisor will be able to see data for all the queues, agents, and campaigns.
