How to pull Call Quality Detail Report

Objective

The Call Quality reports offer individual call and consolidated Mean Opinion Score (MOS) detail in graphical format and granular detail for trouble analysis and resolution.

Applies To

All users who have supervisor access can fetch this report from Analytics for Work.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Analytics for Work.
  2. On the left pane, navigate to Call Quality>Call Quality Detail.
  3. On the Top Right, select appropriate filters and select the date range to show the required data.
  4. Download the data in CSV or Excel format.
  5. Apply filters as per the requirement.

Question: Can we pull a report of which version of 8x8 Work my users are using?
Answer: Yes, the Call Quality Report shows which version your users are using. However, it will only report on users who have made or received calls. It will not include inactive users.
