Can I receive my 8x8 invoices via email?

Invoices are automatically emailed. Creating a billing case allows you to request resending a copy of the invoice. However, the copy can only be emailed to the email on record in the My 8x8 Support Portal. For more information, see Create a Case with 8x8 Billing Support.

Can multiple people on my account receive copies of my 8x8 invoice?

Yes. Up to four people within your organization can receive the invoice. If the list of users needs to change or you need to know to whom the email will be sent, create a case with 8x8 Billing.
