Why does my Contact Center show multiple storage policies of the same type assigned in Admin Console?

Answer
- This is expected. When a customer changes their service, the previous storage policy card is not automatically removed from the system.
- The new policy is the one currently in effect, which can be verified on the tenant details page.
Additional Information
Future updates to the policy card view in Admin Console system for Contact Center policies are planned to address this.
