Symptom
When a caller reaches your extension or Auto Attendant, the wrong greeting is played.

Resolution
- Check Call Forwarding Settings: Verify the call forwarding settings for the affected extension. Ensure that it is not set to forward to an old auto attendant greeting.
- Review Voicemail Settings: Confirm that the voicemail message recorded recently is properly saved and not being overridden by any default settings.
- Change the Auto Attendant Greeting in 8x8 Admin Console.
