Why are my Contact Center Calls getting recorded even though recording is disabled in my user settings in Configuration Manager

Applies To

  • Configuration Manager for Contact Center
  • Call Recording

Answer

User Level Call Recording settings will be overridden by Queue Recording Settings.
If a user's call recording settings is set like the one below :

And the Call Queue Recording settings is set like the one below :

Calls will be recorded.
