Change 8x8 Contact Center Chat notification preferences.

Procedure
You can change the preferences of the message, sound, and browser notifications.
- Log in to Agent Workspace.
- Select Menu > Profile.
- Under Personalization edit Chat Message Sound.
- Select a sound from the drop-down.
- Select to enable/disable chat browser notifications.
- Select Save.
