Enable Automatic Call Recording for 8x8 Contact Center

Objective

Enable 8x8 Contact Center Automatic Call Recording.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • Configuration Manager for Contact Center
  • Automatic Call Recording

Procedure

Set each user's Automatic Call Recordings to 100%.
  1. Log in to Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
  2. Select Agents.
  3. Click Edit (pencil icon). 
  4. Select the Phone tab.
  5. Under Automatic Call Recordings, enter 100% in the appropriate box.
  6. Click Save.
