Objective
Enable 8x8 Contact Center Automatic Call Recording.

Procedure
Set each user's Automatic Call Recordings to 100%.
- Log in to Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
- Select Agents.
- Click Edit (pencil icon).
- Select the Phone tab.
- Under Automatic Call Recordings, enter 100% in the appropriate box.
- Click Save.
