If you have not yet started your upgrade, you must act immediately to ensure uninterrupted service. Failure to complete your transition to the 8x8 platform before the deadline will result in service disruption. No extensions or exceptions will be possible. What is happening?
The Fuze Health product and associated services effective will be retired on September 16, 2024. On this date, access to Fuze Health will be disabled for all customers.
Why is this happening?
Fuze Health is a beta product that was released under the Fuze Labs program. The Fuze Labs program was meant to allow customers to trial new features ahead of General Availability (GA). However, Fuze Health was never released for General Availability, and can no longer be supported.
