Voicemail Options Are Greyed Out in 8x8 Admin Console When Logging in as an End User

Symptom

When attempting to change voicemail options as an end user in Admin Console, voicemail options are greyed out.

Resolution

Check with your IT administrator and make sure that the assigned Profile Policy allows end users to make voicemail changes.
