Edit an Auto Attendant Schedule in 8x8 Admin Console

Objective

Edit your scheduled business hours for an Auto Attendant in Admin Console.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Admin Console.
  2. Select Auto Attendants.
  3. To the right of the Auto Attendant you want to edit, select (pencil icon).
  4. Scroll down to Auto Attendant Profile and click Edit next to Select a Schedule.

  5. You will now be able to see your business hours for your Auto-Attendant.

  6. To the right of the day for which you want to change the business hours, select Edit (pencil icon).
  7. Make your amendments and select Save.

Additional Information

  • There is no bulk edit feature to change the Auto Attendant schedules. If you have multiple Auto Attendants, each one will need to be manually updated.
  • There is no automated feature to allow calls for a customized event, like the first Saturday of the month. Each date would need to be manually added in, as the first Saturday of every month is always changing. You would do this by editing the schedule under 'Exceptions to the Weekday Schedule'.
