Queues Not Showing In 8x8 Contact Center Monitoring Queue Management Tab

Objective

Show queues in the Queue Management tab in Agent Workspace.

Applies To

  • Contact Center Agent Workspace
  • Supervisors

Procedure

  1. Log in to Contact Center Agent Workspace.
  2. From the menu in the upper left corner, select Monitoring.
  3. Within the Monitoring tab, select the Setup tab.
  4. Check the boxes corresponding to the queues you would like to monitor and see in the Queue Management tab.
