Objective

Run a Call Detail Records report in Analytics for 8x8 Work.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Analytics for 8x8 Work. (If you are enabled for this feature, the title will show in the Application Panel)
  2. Navigate to Call Report > Call Detail Records.
  3. Click Calendar.
  4. Select the time frame.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Once loaded, you will see data for all calls on the PBX during the date range you selected.
