Objective
In the event that an authentication code is being sent to an old or incorrect email address, use the steps in this article to reset the MFA.

Procedure
- Login to 8x8 Application Panel.
- Go to Admin Console.
- Go to Users.
- Locate the user who needs an MFA reset
- Click the three dots icon.
- Select Reset user multi-factor authentication.
- Have the user to re-login.
