Share Custom Reports in Analytics for 8x8 Contact Center

Objective

Share custom reports in Analytics for 8x8 Contact Center.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Analytics for Contact Center.
  2. Navigate to Custom Reports from left pane.
  3. From the list of custom reports, click More Options next to the desired report.
  4. Select Share from the menu OR when a custom report is open, click Share in the header to access the sharing options.
  5. Type in the name of the user you'd like to share the report with (1) OR Enable the option Share the report as Excel/CSV, then copy the link by clicking on the icon that appears on the same line (2).
Note: Analytics Users who have not logged in to Analytics for Contact Center at least once may not appear in the dropdown list. If you are experiencing this issue, have the user you are trying to share the report with log in before continuing with the above process.
