Create a Call Queue in Admin Console

Objective

Create a Call Queue in 8x8 Admin Console.

Procedure

  1. Log in to 8x8 Admin Console. 
  2. Select Call Queues.

    Note: If you have not created a Call Queue before, select Create Call Queue in the middle of the page.

Question: Can a person bypass the IVR message in a Call Queue?
Answer: If it's a prerecorded message, users will have to listen to the full message before pressing a button to get to voicemail. However, you could add a disclaimer to the message to let the customer know that they can press 2 to get directly to the voicemail. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
