Procedure
- Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
- Select Quality Management & Speech Analytics.
- On the left side, select the phone icon for interactions.
- Add the desired filters in the search bar and select Search.
- From the results, select the interaction for which you want to download the transcript.
- On the right side, a new window will open. Select More Options (three dots) then select Export interaction details.
- A new tab will open. Select Print to print the details along with the transcript or save it as a PDF.
