Download a Transcript from 8x8 Quality Management and Speech Analytics

Procedure

1. Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
2. Select Quality Management & Speech Analytics.
3. On the left side, select the phone icon for interactions.
4. Add the desired filters in the search bar and select Search.
5. From the results, select the interaction for which you want to download the transcript.
6. On the right side, a new window will open. Select More Options (three dots) then select Export interaction details.
   
   
   
7. A new tab will open. Select Print to print the details along with the transcript or save it as a PDF.
