Symptom
Call Queue callers are not offered option to "press 2 to leave a voicemail." It was working before. Other queues with the same setting are working.

Resolution
Toggle "Allow callers to leave voicemail, Caller may press "2" to leave message" and adjust the Repeat queue message interval.
- Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
- Select Work Groups.
- Select Call Queues.
- To the right of the desired call queue select Edit (pencil icon).
- Select IVR Message.
- Change Repeat queue message interval from 15 to 17.
- Turn off Allow callers to leave voicemail.
- Select Save.
- Turn on Allow callers to leave voicemail.
- Select Save.
