Procedure
The Meltwater Social Listening Integration is not deployed by 8x8 support agents, nor a product sold by 8x8. Therefore, we will investigate any issues on the 8x8 side, but if we deem the problem to be with Meltwater, you will need to escalate to Meltwater directly. This is not something 8x8 support will be able to do on your behalf
