Objective
Differentiate between Inbound and Outbound calls on the Billing Call Log.

Procedure
- Log in to Admin Console.
- Select your profile icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Billing Call Log.
- Select the desired report.
- To the right of the report, select More Options (three dots), then select Edit.
- Under the Metric options, select the Direction metric.
- From the Settings menu for the Direction metric, enable the Group by this.
- Select Save.
