Group Calls by Direction in the 8x8 Billing Call Log

Objective

Differentiate between Inbound and Outbound calls on the Billing Call Log.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Admin Console.
  2. Select your profile icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Billing Call Log.
  4. Select the desired report.
  5. To the right of the report, select More Options (three dots), then select Edit.
  6. Under the Metric options, select the Direction metric.
  7. From the Settings menu for the Direction metric, enable the Group by this.
  8. Select Save.
