How to Transfer Calls into an 8x8 Contact Center Queue

Objective

Transfer calls into an 8x8 Contact Center Queue.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • 8x8 Agent Workspace

Procedure

  1. Log in to 8x8 Agent Workspace
  2. While on a call, Click the Transfer button.

  3. Click on Queues, Select the Queue you want to transfer the call to and click Transfer.

Additional Information

  • Agents can only Blind Transfer a call to a queue within Agent Workspace.
  • You can only transfer to queues that have agents logged into them.
