How to Assign Required Permissions to User Roles for 8x8 Integration for NetSuite

Objective

For the 8x8 integration for NetSuite to work as expected, you must assign a specific set of permissions to user roles.

Procedure

To set the correct permissions to user roles:
  1. Click Setup.
  2. Select Users/Roles.
  3. Select Manage Roles.

  4. Select the Role you want to manage.
  5. Under Permissions, apply the following permissions:

    Setup Log in using OAuth 2.0 Access Tokens Full Always
    Setup REST Web Services Full Always
