Identifying your 8x8 Account ID/Account Number

Procedure
- Log in to the 8x8 Support Portal.
- From the Billing menu, select Billing Statements.
- Under Action, to the right of a recent billing statement, select View Invoice/Billing Statement.
- Your 8x8 Account ID appears in the upper left corner of your invoice.

Additional Information:
Unlike your Account ID, the porting pin needed to port away from 8x8 is not located in the Billing Statement. If a porting pin is needed you can either engaged the chatbot Otto to be provided with one or you can contact LNP Support.
