Auto Attendant Won't Save in 8x8 Admin Console

Symptom

When attempting to create or update an Auto Attendant in 8x8 Admin Console, the Auto Attendant does not save.

Troubleshooting

  1. Check for typos in the numbers or names you're entering.
  2. Ensure you're selecting the correct schedule.
  3. Verify that the Contact Directory Scope is set appropriately.
  4. Double-check that you're clicking Save after making changes.
