Why Are New Contact Center Licences for a Different Region Not Appearing on My Tenant?

Answer

Accounts with a single Contact Center tenant

Currently, 8x8 auto-provisioning logic does not automatically apply new 8x8 Contact Center licences to an existing tenant if the licences are for a country considered out-of-region for that tenant.
To resolve this and have the licences manually assigned to the existing environment, contact 8x8 Support.

Accounts with multiple Contact Center tenants

All licences must be assigned by an administrator in Admin Console under Company > Contact Centers.
