Objective

Setting a user as a Contact Center Admin in 8x8 Admin Console.

  • Admin Console

Procedure

  1. Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
  2. Select Menu (three horizontal lines top left of the page) Roles & permissions.
  3. Select Assignments Create Assignment.
  4. Select VCC Admin (default) and the appropriate Contact Center Scope.
  5. Select Save.
