Procedure
1. Navigate to the "My 8x8" tab to start managing your account and billing details.
2. Select the billing section to proceed and view detailed statements and summaries.
3. You will be redirected to our billing support portal.
4. You can click "View" to access the invoice details and review your billing information.
5. In this section, you will see the detailed breakdown of the 8x8 monthly bill, which provides a comprehensive overview of all charges and services rendered during the billing period.
6. Click here to download your usage summary, which provides detailed service usage data.
7. Click here to download the service summary for your records and further analysis.
8. Click here to download your billing statement for review and accounting purposes.
A sample billing statement can be downloaded here. To engage an interactive walkthrough of the different parts of your 8x8 billing statement, open the file in a PDF application such as Adobe Reader.
If needed, your 8x8 Account ID and your billing address appear in the upper left corner of your billing statement.
