Objective

Create an 8x8 Contact Center Schedule.

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • Configuration Manager for Contact Center

Procedure

Note: Only 8x8 Contact Center Administrators with the  correct permissions enabled in Configuration Manager for Contact Center are allowed to create Schedules.
  1. Log in to Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
  2. Select Home.
  3. Select the Schedules tab.
  4. Select Add Schedule.
  5. Enter business hours.
  6. Select correct time zone.
  7. Select Save.
