Objective
Setting up the ability to press zero in the middle of a voicemail prompt to route back to the operator.

Procedure
- Log in to Admin Console.
- Click Users.
- Click Edit (pencil icon) to the right of the User you wish to edit.
- Under Voicemail Settings, toggle ON (blue) the setting to enable Custom 0 Dial Out.
