Symptom
The end user is located in the Search Calls page and is unable to find any call.

Resolution
Open the Search Calls page and by default the first Tab listed in Quality Management is called Sample_Calls.
In order to easily address this type of scenario we recommend the following:
- Delete this tab as it only contains Sample Data.
- Create a new Tab and then make sure to define the Date of the call and also feel free to use the Search chips from the Filter and Search section.
- You can still use the Samples Tab, however you need to remove the Label: is Samples and then hit Search.
