Edit Role Permissions in 8x8 Quality Management

Objective

Edit the permissions of different Contact Center roles within 8x8 Quality Management.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your 8x8 Application panel.
  2. Select Quality Management.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Roles.
  5. Select the role for which you wish to edit permissions.
  6. Make the desired edits .
  7. Save your changes.
