Change the Default Time Zone in 8x8 Contact Center

Objective

Change the default time zone of your 8x8 Contact Center.

  • Configuration Manager for Contact Center

Procedure

  1. Log in to Configuration Manager for Contact Center as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to Home > Profile.
  3. Under Miscellaneous tenant settings, select the desired time zone from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click Save.
