How to Get List of Agent IDs in 8x8 Contact Center

Objective

Get a list of internal IDs for agents in 8x8 Contact Center.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center

Procedure

  1. Log in to Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
  2. Select Users.
  3. Right-click on the Display Name column header.
  4. Select Columns > Internal ID.
  5. Once the Internal ID column appears, you can copy and paste this information into a spreadsheet.
