8x8 Customer Experience Shows Key Pressed - ?

Question

In the Analytics for 8x8 Contact Center Interaction Details report, click the Customer Experience icon for an inbound call, the Customer Experience call flow opens. After the Get Digit node you see a node "Key Pressed - ?" followed by "Get Digit <digit pressed by the caller>. Why does the "Key Pressed" show the question mark "?" instead of the digit pressed by the caller?

Answer

For calls where there is a "Key Pressed" node, and there is a sequence of several key presses anywhere in the call, the Contact Center assumes they could be a credit card number and obfuscates all the key presses to question marks.
