Hold and answer Windows: Ctrl+Shift+R Mac: Ctrl+Cmd+R	Place the current call on hold, and answer an incoming call.
End and answer Windows: Alt+Ctrl+Shift+R Mac: Ctrl+Shift+Cmd+R	End the current call, and answer an incoming call.
Accept incoming call Windows: Ctrl+Shift+A Mac: Ctrl+Cmd+A	Answer an incoming call.
