Add and configure a Sidecar to devices in Admin Console.
Log in to Admin Console, edit the desired user, and select Deactivate to the right of the listed device.
8x8 devices—such as desk phones and adapters—use either a MAC-based password (assigned after activation) or a manufacturer default password (for unactivated or factory-reset devices).
